At Onsite Catering Solutions, we fully appreciate the importance of safety for both our staff and our customers.

As an event organiser, you should be aware that keeping the public safe at all times is essential. At On-Site Catering Solutions, we also extend this to our teams.

We will insist that you provide us with a Risk Assessment Survey to ensure we meet your strict requirements every step of the way.

We will share this with our teams onsite and ensure that its importance is understood.

We will undertake our Risk Assessment and ensure that our teams onsite are fully conversant with it. By providing full and comprehensive training, we will ensure that we provide you with the best event possible with clearly defined Health and Safety Guidelines.

Health & Safety standards

Health and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

Our health & safety standards:

All team members are fully trained and certified in food handling and preparation

All appliances regularly undergo safety testing

Fully self-contained with onboard freshwater tanks, freezers, fridges, ovens, fryers, and generators

All our catering units are 5 Star hygiene rated

We carry both public and private liability insurance

Stocked daily (or as required). A strict stock rotation process is adhered to at all times

Capable of catering for dietary requirements (EG: Vegetarian, Halal) with prior notice
